WINTER II Sports will be here before we know it! 

The STUDENT must be logged in to their Grand Blanc Student Google Account to sign up for the following sports. Parents cannot sign their child up without having the student login. Please do not request the form to be shared.

Winter I Sports 2025-26

WINTER 1 Sports began in October, 2025.

Prior to the first practice, the following items MUST be turned into the Grand Blanc East Athletic Secretary. You can drop these forms off in the office any weekday between 7:30am and 4:00pm.

  • All athletes must have a completed 2 page MHSAA Physical Form form (dated April 15, 2025 or after)

  • All athletes and parents must read the Grand Blanc Middle Schools Athletic Handbook and must have a signed Athletic Handbook Cover Page (parent & student signatures required).  The handbook cover can be completed:

    • Electronically using the new online form.  The physical must be uploaded with the form.

    • Printed and turned into the office with the required physical form.

Athletic physical forms (dated after April 15th, 2025) and signed athletic handbooks must be turned in to the East Middle School athletic office prior to the tryouts for any sport if you intend to participate!

Information for Middle School students attending athletic events at East Middle School

EMS student spectators may stay after school to attend EMS athletic events. If they choose to attend, here are the need-to-know items:

  • All school rules apply.

  • You may NOT leave the building after school.

  • All students watching the sporting event will report to the gym bleachers to be supervised.

  • EMS is NOT responsible for any student leaving the premises after dismissal.

  • An EMS student who has left the premises may be readmitted ONLY with parent or guardian supervision.

  • The cost for attending a school athletic event is $5 for students. This will be collected from students staying after school once the event is set up.

Middle School students attending Middle School athletic events at Grand Blanc High School

EMS student spectators are invited and encouraged to attend both high school and middle school athletic events at Grand Blanc High School. If they choose to attend, here are the need-to-know items:

  • All school rules apply.
  • Middle school students will attend the event with a parent or guardian. Middle school students will not be admitted without an adult.
  • The adult is responsible for their student.
  • The cost to attend the event is usually $5.
